Our Package is quoted based on the availability hotels and as per the client choice on their budget, We block hotel rooms only after getting confirmation from client in mail, telephonic conversation or in WhatsApp chats, Once we block rooms customer need to deposit advance payment within 24 hrs. Failing to do rooms might release as per the hotel policy.

The confirmation of all hotels and ferry ticket booking for Port Blair, Havelock Island and Neil Island after receiving a confirmation from the client with a Booking amount to be paid in our Bank account

We reserve the right to change the same due to unavoidable circumstances. In that case we may provide alternative, similar accommodation for which we are not liable to pay any refund. We will not be responsible or liable in case of loss of property or life at the Hotel. Similarly, any damages caused to the hotel rooms during your stay, shall be payable by the Clients and the Company will not be liable for the same.

We provide cab only as per the itinerary; the extra charge is applicable when you used the services of vehicles on leisure days & after finishing the sightseeing tour as per the itinerary.

We don’t provide cab service for dinner, if needed cab for outside your stay hotel for dinner additional charges will be applicable.

All services will be as per those specified / confirmed and paid for as per Service Vouchers. If you avail any service which is not included in the Holiday package or get yourself upgraded, then the payment for the same will have to be cleared by you directly.

The customer hereby agrees that customized package is as per his/her will and choice. No claim on the combination, price of package, category and type of service shall be entertained

We shall not be responsible for any costs arising out of unforeseen circumstances like landslides, road blocks, bad weather, etc.

We shall not be responsible for any overstay expenses on account of any delay or changes in air, ship, Ferry , or cancellation of special bogie on account of Force Majeure(Act of God) including weather conditions, strike, war, quarantine, or any other reason whatsoever.

In case of any unexpected bad weather condition, Natural Calamity or due to any unavoidable circumstance if the ferry service to Port Blair, Havelock, Neil Island gets cancelled, we will provide alternative accommodation. The additional night stay in any island will be on direct payment basis by the guest. The Client shall not hold “The Company” responsible for the same and no claim whatsoever can be made by the Client against The Company for refund or compensation.

We may change or reschedule the sightseeing days mentioned in the itinerary based on weather conditions and schedule to other sightseeing.

We advised Guests to not keep any valuables things like Wallet, purse or any costly items in our cab/vehicle while in sightseeing. The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the cab / vehicle.

Confirmation of Hotels and other services is subject to availability. If the mentioned hotels are not available we provide similar category hotels.

It is clearly understood that there shall be no refund whatsoever if the Client does not or cannot utilize any of the services like hotels, sightseeing, rides, cruises, meals, entrance fees, optional tours etc. due to any reason whatsoever.

We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of boats due to bad weather & are not liable for it, In that situation we can arrange others sightseeing tour for you.

We don’t refund any amount if you cancelled your tour in mid of your trip.

Under Private Ferry rates are inclusive of base Category seats.
